Boutique Real Estate Brokerage with an overabundance of leads is looking for an individual licensed as Broker or Salesperson to be it's newest client representative.
Our small office is currently providing representation services to clients in the Greater Toronto Area, and we are looking for someone to help us expand our coverage.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to bypass the traditional entry-level duties of joining a new brokerage, and immediately assume a prominent role. The successful candidate would have their own dedicated area of operation from the start, where they are the primary point of contact and lead agent, enabling them to focus on high-level tasks such as negotiating deals and managing client relationships without the typical initial period of performing ancillary tasks for established agents.

The ideal candidate would work full-time as an independent contractor earning a commission-based income. He or she would work directly with clients, guiding them through the process of buying and selling their homes while adhering to rules and regulations governing real estate trading. This includes, but may not be limited to, meeting clients in person, evaluating or showing a home, drafting documents for signature, preparing and launching listings on MLS®, hosting open houses, and responding to inquiries from consumers and other licensees.

The Brokerage's business model allows its agents to meet and provide services to more clients than might be possible at a traditional Brokerage, allowing them to earn a higher annual income than most traditional agents. Furthermore, agents at the Brokerage benefit from significantly more autonomy than those at larger firms. This environment enables them to personalize their approach to directly address client needs and shape their business to match their unique style, further enhancing their potential for success. The Brokerage does not charge any agent fees other than a deal fee whenever a commission is earned. Potential earnings are $100,000 - $300,000 annually.
