Boutique Real Estate Brokerage is looking for an individual licensed as a Broker or Salesperson to help with an abundance of residential buyer leads.
Our small office regularly receives more lead calls than we're able to handle on our own. These are excellent leads who are often ready to start a representation relationship the same day. If you want to work full-time as a REALTOR® without the frustrating experience of having to compete with every other licensee for the same clients, or burning time trying to make social media work, then consider our brokerage. There is an excellent chance you will have work the same week you join us, and that you’ll be very busy through 2026 without having to worry about personal lead generation.
The ideal candidate would work full-time as an independent contractor earning a commission-based income. He or she would work directly with clients, guiding them through the process of buying and selling their homes while adhering to rules and regulations governing real estate trading. This includes, but may not be limited to, meeting clients in person, evaluating and showing homes, drafting documents for signature, preparing and launching listings on MLS®, and responding to inquiries from consumers and other licensees.
Green Hedge Realty is a full-service Real Estate Brokerage offering traditional MLS® REALTOR® services at non-traditional commission rates. Its low rates allow agents to sign up more clients, do more deals, and earn more money on an annual basis than most traditional agents. Green Hedge Realty distinguishes itself from other low commission brokerages with its discreet branding, giving its agents the ability to work with more discerning and exclusive clients than might otherwise be possible.
In addition to must-have requirements, the ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, organised, punctual, multilingual, willing to work through challenges, attentive to detail, has good communication skills, and good travel flexibility.

The brokerage's business model allows its agents to meet and provide services to more clients than might be possible at a traditional brokerage, allowing them to earn a higher annual income than most traditional agents. Furthermore, as valued members of a close-knit brokerage, agents have direct access to the Broker of Record for support and training. The brokerage does not charge any fees other than a low deal fee whenever a commission is earned. Potential net pre-tax earnings are $100,000 - $300,000+ annually.
